Mystical Formulae is another synonym for Mantras in the literary sense. The reason why I have selected Mystical Formulae in place of Mantras is that the Mantra actually means The Technique of Verses whereas Mysticism contains both Mantras and various articles used in the attainment of Mantra Siddhi.
Mantras contained in this book are the are rare ones and most powerful. Usually there is a psychological thendecy to adopt a Mantra which has more explanations. Readers are requested not to choose a particular Mantra because it has more explanations. Brevity has been kept for the sake of saving the time of the reader. Unnecessary explanation is not the moto of this book. Hence it is once again re-iterated that the Mantra may be selected as per the requirement of the reader and time available to them. All the Mantras have equal intensity.
From the time immemorial to the mankind, they have been practicing various Mystical, Tantrical and Matrical methods to achieve or fulfil their desires. Desire vary from man to man. One is in need of wealth, another is in need of health and still another is in need of worldly comforts including animatic sexual desires.
Man is its original form has no super natural power. Since the man is entirely a different form of creatre with excellent intelligence and memory, God has been kind enough to impart him, some of HIS super natural powers. But while doing so the technique of receiveness has been made so complicated and intrinsic that a normal or ordinary fellow cannot adopt the technique.
Any Sadhana (Spiritual Practice) requires constant and continuous search and practice. In olden days, these techniques were kept limited to separate sect of human race called Rishis. These Rishis used to spent years together in search of hidden truth of Mysticism within self. Some could achieve the goal by meditating and some took refuge in Mantras, Tantras and in the rare natural articles. The person who secured ultimate knowledge of such Mysticism through meditation and penance were called Rishis or Sanyasis. On the other hand the person who acquired the super natural power through Mantras accompanied with worship of his family deity were called Mantravaadi. Persons who acquired this power through Tantras were called Tantrist.
