India’s opposition leader Lal Krishna Advani, is a very eminent politician and popular person. Let us see the co-relation between his life and his horoscope. His horoscope is as under.

Mars, the lord of the ascendant, is associated with the royal planet Sun (who is lord of the 10th house) and the lord of the 11th house Mercury. This amounts to a very powerful Rajyoga. There is aspect of Jupiter, the divine planet, on the ascendant and the 4th house lord Saturn. Mutual aspect of Ketu and Jupiter can take a person to any height. Jupiter is retrograde. It influences the house of fortune and ascendant and the 4th house lord Saturn. On account of this, a person sometime may be in power and at another time, he may be out of power.

It is worthwhile to quote authors article, “Will Congress return to power?” which appeared in the magazine ‘Planets and Forecast’, which states –

“At present the country is passing through the sub-period of Mars in the major period of Venus. Mars at present is combust and that is why all the opposition in the beginning will be very much disturbed. From 24^th April 1996, the Mars will transit in the Aries and will aspect the Scorpio sign and the Scorpio sign represents the opposition party. Mars will transit Aries for 45 days and thereafter in Taurus for another 45 days. This means that 90 days from 24^th April 1996 are favorable for the opposition parties. They will have an edge over the Congress party.”

He was alleged to be involved in Hawala Scam, which surfaced during that period. He could not contest the Lok Sabha election during that period.

The presence of Saturn in the ascendant indicates that he will rise gradually by starting from scratch. His Sun’s period commenced from 10^th Sept 1951. Sun is king and is associated with the ascendant lord Mars, but is debilitated. According to the author, a debilitated planet takes to higher position gradually. He became the Joint Secretary of Rajasthan State Jan Sangh in 1952 and continued to hold the position until 1957. Thereafter, he came to Delhi, became Secretary of Delhi State Jan Sangh in 1958, and enjoyed this position up to 1963.

His Moon is the lord of the house of fortune and is placed in the 6th house and it is aspected by the ascendant lord Mars, 10th house lord Sun and the 11th house lord Mercury. It amounts to a very powerful RajaYoga. Moon period commenced from 10^th Sept 1957.

He became Vice President of Delhi State Jan Sangh in 1965, when he was running the sub-period of Venus in the major period of Moon. He enjoyed this position until 1967. During the sub period of Venus, which commenced from 10^th July 1965, he became leader of Jan Sangh group in Interim Metropolitan Council, in 1966-67.

The sub-period of Mars commenced from 10^th Sept 1967. Mars is associated with the royal planet Sun and the 11th house lord Mercury and is aspected by house of fortune lord Moon. He became chairman of Delhi Metropilitan Council from March 1967 to March 1970. He was Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting from March 1977 to July 1979. At the time, he was running the main period of Rahu and sub-period of Jupiter which ended on 16.10.1979. Janata Party was formed on 1^st May 1977 at 10 A.M.

The hawala case surfaced in December 1995. He was also alleged to be involved in it. It was the sub-period of Saturn, which commenced from 28-10-1994. Saturn is associated with Ketu, who has an invisible hand. He could not contest election during that period. Jupiter at the time of elections became retrograde on 4^th May 1996. Advani’s Jupiter is also retrograde, which indicates, that the invisible hand will damage his image and he will not be allowed to contest the election.

The Moon period commenced from, Jan 10, 2004. He became leader of the opposition from May 13, 2004 onwards. His Saturn main period will commence from 10^th Sept 2008. Saturn is with Ketu. It is aspected by Jupiter. A retrograde planet brings a person to power. Saturn combination will try to destabilize it by its own party members, but Jupiter influence will prevail. This is the time when fortune will smile on him & he will become next Prime Minister of India.
