Overview

All fees paid are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for books in case of damage or if an incorrect item is delivered.

Course Validity & Recordings

Course recordings will be shared on the learning platform within 72 hours of course completion or purchase. Access validity for live courses is for a period of one (1) year after the course has ended and will automatically expire thereafter. For recorded courses the validity of the access is for period of one year from the purchase date and will automatically expire thereafter. Upon expiration of this period, access to the course, recordings, materials, and any associated content shall automatically terminate without prior notice, extension, or refund, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The recordings are licensed solely for personal viewing and shall not be downloaded, copied, recorded, reproduced, stored, shared, or distributed in any manner. Any breach of this provision shall result in immediate revocation of access and may result in legal consequences.

By completing a purchase of any of our products  – course, recordings, consultation services or books, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. 

Note: Payments made for courses and consultations are strictly non-refundable.
