Step-by-Step Process for Astrology Consultation

– Customized Horoscope Analysis (PDF Report)
2. Submit Your Birth Details:
– Once you have chosen your consultation package, send your birth details (date, time, and place of birth) and your area of concern or specific questions to admin@saptarishisastrology.com
3. Coordinate with Our Office:
– For Zoom Video Call Consultation:
– Our office will contact you to coordinate the time slots.
– You will receive a Zoom registration link and instructions via email.
– For Customized Horoscope Analysis (PDF Report):
– You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your request.
– The report will be delivered to your email within the specified timeline.
4. Consultation or Report Delivery:
– Attend your Zoom Video Call at the scheduled time for a live consultation with our expert astrologers.
– If you opted for a Customized PDF Report, it will be sent directly to your email as per the timeline provided.
5. Follow-Up:
– For any further queries or follow-up consultations, you can reach out to our office using the same email address.
Terms & Conditions for Astrology Consultation Services
1. Service Selection:
– Clients must select the type of astrology consultation they wish to receive—either an Online Zoom Video Call Consultation or a Customized Horoscope Analysis (PDF Report)—at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy:
– Full payment must be made at the time of booking the consultation service. Consultations will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Submission of Birth Details:
– Clients are required to provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) along with their area of concern or specific questions. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the consultation.
4. Scheduling and Coordination:
– For Online Zoom Video Call Consultations, the Saptarishis Astrology office will coordinate with clients to schedule the consultation time. Clients will receive a Zoom registration link via email.
– For Customized Horoscope Analysis (PDF Reports), clients will receive an acknowledgment email confirming their order. Reports will be delivered within the specified timeline.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time. A cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
– Rescheduling of Zoom consultations is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
– No refunds or rescheduling are allowed for Customized Horoscope Analysis once the work on the report has commenced.
6. Confidentiality:
– All personal information and consultation details shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential. Saptarishis Astrology will not share this information with any third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability:
– The advice and insights provided during consultations are based on astrological interpretations and are intended to offer guidance. Saptarishis Astrology is not liable for any actions taken by the client based on the consultation.
8. No Guarantees:
– Astrology is a belief system, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Clients are advised to use their judgment and discretion when acting on astrological advice.
9. Report Delivery:
– Customized Horoscope Analysis reports will be delivered via email within the specified timeline. Saptarishis Astrology is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or incorrect email addresses provided by the client.
10. Technical Requirements for Online Consultations:
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment (e.g., computer, microphone, camera) for the Zoom consultation. Saptarishis Astrology is not liable for technical issues on the client’s side.
11. Post-Consultation Support:
– Follow-up questions or further consultations may require an additional fee. Clients should contact the Saptarishis Astrology office for further assistance.
12. Changes to Terms:
– Saptarishis Astrology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
