• A long – felt requirement of exhaustive tables of Nirayana lagnas based on 24^thayanamsha is now fulfilled.
• Tables are based on Indian Sidereal Time and calculated for entire 21” century.
• To facilitate astrologers as well as students of astrology, tables are given almost for all North latitudes (geographical) at short interval.
• These tables can easily be used for southern latitudes also. A simplest method for the same has been given here with example.
• The basic sidereal time is given for 00:00 hrs. Which makes the calculation much easier rather than calculating the same on the basis of S.T. noon.
• Students are not supposed to go back for incorporating the time interval, if birth time falls before noon.
• For students of highly critical nature, a detailed article on the extent of Lagan and also on the Bhava Chalit is included.
• Many other essential points, e.g. sidereal day, solar day, Chitrapaksh ayanamsha are explained.
• Formula for calculation of Ayanamsha, Nutation correction has been enunciated with example.
• A simple single page table, giving lagna time in IST, for all lagnas is included which can be used as a ready reckoner for many future decades.
