October will be the calm before the storm!. This is a readjustment period before radical shifts that will awaken many minds and consciousness. Saturn is transiting the last degrees of Virgo, and will enter Libra in November (sidereal). Those who have Virgo planets will have a sense of relief.
Mars in Cancer is debilitated meaning it is weak and the areas that Mars rules are areas of difficulty. Mars will be in Cancer till October 30th when it will move into Leo. During this time change is hard because Mars rules courage and ambition. As Mars squares Jupiter early in the month growth and expansion in business matters seem to be slow. This is reflected in the slow economic growth in the world. Toward the end of the month Mars will square Mercury and Venus causing communication breakdown. Arguments and conflicting ideas stir up old problems. Angry disputes are unsettling to global peace. The Sun, Mercury and Venus in Libra represents politics. Anger sets off the political fights in irrational outbursts. The media will focus on negativity and social upheaval.
Mars in Cancer indicates family problems that can lead to divorce. Issues or problems left unaddressed will surface for healing, but can leave scars that destroy relationships. Rahu aspecting Mars magnifies addictions and related problems.
Venus will be in Libra motivating love and relationships. There is a need to relate and find love in our lives. Issues around love will surface for healing. Venus will trine Neptune around the October 7th which creates illusions in love leading to unrealistic expectations ending in disappointment towards the end of the month when Venus and Mars square.
Around mid month the Sun is conjunct Saturn causing depression and low energy. There is a sense of responsibility and urgency to change world conditions concerning the environment. The Sun enters Libra October 17th moving towards the opposition of Jupiter which will bring harmony and balance to the world. Power is given through surrender and humility. This can apply to a political leader.
Jupiter trine Pluto represents mounting powers that control the world. When Mars moves into Leo it will complete a grand trine in November energizing the world to change. This will give fire to the world economy. It empowers the rich to get richer, as oil prices will begin to rise.
Mars will enter Leo October 30 beginning an eight month transit through this sign. Conflict and attacks provoke political leaders. As Jupiter and Saturn face off in opposition the world becomes more out of balance. There is a solar eclipse occurring November 25th activating a turbulent time.
As Ketu aspects Saturn emotional scars from the past bring a sense of loss and depression. Life can feel meaningless during this time but it represents dissatisfaction with the world indicating a need to withdraw and look at the world from a spiritual perspective. This reorganization will give purpose and meaning to life.
