Karan K. Mahajan is Graduate Civil Engineer (Gold Medalist) and a life fellow member of the Institution of Engineers, Institution of surveyors and several other engineering, management and professional bodies. He is having over 30 years experience, in the construction of residential apartments, townships, hotels, intelligent buildings, industrial buildings and commercial buildings in India and abroad. He has been in the Senior Management cadre in Government undertakings and in the private sector.

Karan K. Mahajan is also a jyotishacharya (Medalist) from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi. He has perfected the technique of combining the Science of Vastu with the Science of Jyotish. He thus renders his advise based on the two very well developed sciences and has been providing Vastu consultation, for over ten years. He has authored a book on Inspection and Quality Assurance System on Construction project.

Dimension lines are used to scale and preparation design elements properly.
