I cast a Prashna before starting the work today, so it was going well but before the work was finished I encountered some problems.
When I looked at the ascendant again after finishing the work, it changed during the incident and I realized the result accordingly.
 
1) when should the prashna should be cast, before or after the work is finished?
 
2) Will the effect of one prashna will reduce if the ascendent changes during the work.
